Today, I would like to introduce you to a great kettlebell/ dumbell exercise, to include in your work out routines- the Kettlebell Pummeling.
First time I looked at those videos, I told my self : “Hah! No problem!”.
It took me 3 weeks until I was able to pull of a proper number of repetitions with the lightest set of KBs.
Few years later, this exercise is one of my favorites to use with clients or athletes, during their competition preparation.
One of the best exercises to use for combat sports, compared to static deadlifts or bench press.
Give it a try and you will need no further convincing!
And here is a variation with dumbells:
My suggestion is to start with lower weights (16 kg KB) and slowly progress to 24 kg/ 32kg KB, keeping attention to the proper technic ig you want to avoid some serious shoulder and elbow injuries.
You could use the exercise as a part of a KB routine or include it in cirquit training as shoulder exercise.
